CASA IL FARO is a bright and spacious 6 person house surrounded by a marvellous garden with sea view in a quiet area. Casa Il Faro is around 85 square in size and features a spacious private terrace, a private swimming pool, a private garden of around 400 square meters, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Casa Il Faro is located a few minutes walk from the center of Anacapri along the road that leads to the Punta Carena lighthouse, the most evocative point of the island because it is there that the sun sets. Immersed in a lush citrus grove, it offers its guests all the comforts and amenities necessary for an unforgettable stay.
You’ll be around 450 metres from the centre of Anacapri, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and public transport links. The closest bus stop is just 50 metres away.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa il Faro. However, the house offers two private parking spaces (non-residents are not allowed to access the island by car).
There are no steps from the parking area to Casa Il Faro.
Casa Il Faro has a terrace and a private citrus grove of around 400 square meters from where you can admire a nice view of the sea and of Ischia Island. The terrace is furnished with a stone table, a porch swing and benches, and features a pizza oven and barbecue.
THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL has 4 meters in diameter and is 150 centimeters deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with deck chairs, tables and an umbrella. You will reach the swimming pool from the terrace going up approximately 15 steps. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April to the end of October.
THE KITCHEN features a five-hob gas stove, a fridge with freezer, an electric oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a dining table for four people and other small appliances. From the kitchen you have access through a French window onto the terrace.
THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed and television and is fitted with air conditioning. You get to the bedroom from the corridor.
THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed and is fitted with air conditioning. You get to the bedroom from the corridor.
THE THIRD BEDROOM contains a double bed and is fitted with air conditioning. You get to the bedroom from the corridor.
THE FIRST BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer. You get to the bathroom from the corridor.
THE SECOND BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer. You get to the bathroom from the corridor.

- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 50,00 Euros will be applied.
- Damage deposit: 200,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
