CASA ALYSSA is a comfortable apartment for up to 6 people, facing the sun and the sea. From Casa Alyssa you’ll enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, the Gallos islands and the surrounding hills. Casa Alyssa is around 70 square meters in size and includes a private terrace with a view of the sea and the coast. The property is also fitted with air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.
You’ll be around 700 metres from Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, where you’ll find restaurants and shops. The SITA bus stop is 500 metres away and the closest beach (Mariana del Cantone) is 8 km away.
You won’t need a car to stay at Casa Alyssa, but if you do arrive by car, you’ll be able to park for free along the street in front of the house.
There are no steps from the street to the property.
Casa Alyssa is located on the first floor of a two-storey building.
THE TERRACE is furnished with a table and chairs for six people. From here you’ll enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, the Gallos islands and the surrounding hills.
THE LOUNGE is spacious and comfortable. Here you’ll find a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table for six people and a kitchen area. The kitchen is fitted with a five-hob gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, a table for four people, a toaster, kettle, moka coffee pot and other small appliances. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating.
THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed and a television, and has a window with a view of the garden. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You get to the bedroom from the lounge.
THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed (which can be converted into two single beds on request) and a television, and has a window with sea view. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You’ll have access from the room onto a terrace through a French window. You get to the bedroom from the lounge.
THE FIRST BATHROOM is fitted with a sink, bidet, WC shower, and hairdryer. Access is from the corridor.
THE SECOND BATHROOM is fitted with a sink, bidet, WC, shower and hairdryer. Access is from the corridor.
THE LAUNDRY ROOM contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You reach the laundry room from the kitchen.
Important things to know
- Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 5 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 50,00 Euros will be applied.
- Damage deposit: 100,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
- Final cleaning: 60,00 Euros.

It’s a very nice and spacious house. Had two bedrooms and bathrooms so perfect for a group. It’s situated in a region where it’s better to have a car but of you don’t have one it’s not the end of the world. A very nice and helpfull host.
