Description
VILLA GEA is a wonderful house in the country, surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful view of the sea. From the villa you will enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the coast. Villa Gea is around 170 square meters in size and includes parking, air conditioning (in some bedrooms only), heating, private terraces, and Wi-Fi internet.
You’ll be about one kilometre from the centre of Marina del Cantone, where you’ll find restaurants, the beach, and the marina. You will find shops about one kilometre away and the bus stop about 300 metres away.
For a comfortable stay at Villa Gea, we recommend that you come by car. You’ll be able to park in the villa’s private parking area, which has space for two vehicles.
You then get to the villa from the parking area by ascending 19 steps.
FIRST APARTMENT
THE FIRST TERRACE is equipped with a dining table for eight people, a sun umbrella, coffee tables, and chairs. From the terrace you can admire a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding greenery. Access to the terrace is from either the living room or the kitchen.
THE FIRST LIVING ROOM is bright and comfortable and contains a double sofa bed, a table for four people, and a television. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating.
THE KITCHEN is fitted with a five-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge-freezer, toaster, moka pot, dish washer, and other small appliances. From the kitchen there is access to the first terrace.
THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a queen-sized bed and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and washing machine. Through the French windows you will have access to the terrace.
SECOND APARTMENT (up 16 steps from the first apartment)
THE SECOND TERRACE is equipped with a table for four people. Access to the terrace is from the second living room.
THE SECOND LIVING ROOM contains a table for four people, a sofa, and a television. The room is also fitted with air conditioning and heating. Here you will also find a kitchenette fitted with a four-burner gas stove, fridge-freezer, and moka pot.
THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a bunk bed and has a window with a view of the garden. Access to the bedroom is from the living room.
THE THIRD BEDROOM contains a double bed, air conditioning, and has a window with a beautiful view of the sea. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.
THE FOURTH BEDROOM contains a double bed, air conditioning, and has a window with a beautiful view of the sea. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.
THE SOLARIUM is located on the roof and is equipped with a sun umbrella, coffee tables, and chairs. From here you can admire a gorgeous view of the sea.
Important things to know
- Tourist tax 2,00 Euros per day per person for the first 5 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years do not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 60,00 Euros to be paid at the arrival.
- Damage deposit: 200,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
