VILLA LE SIRENE 1 is a splendid two-floor villa located less than a kilometer away from the center of Positano. It overlooks the deep blue Mediterrean Sea, the village of Positano, the Sorrentine Peninsula and the island of Capri. It can accommodate up to 10 people. Villa Le Sirene 1 is about 500 meters squared. It has a swimming pool, terrace, private garden, direct access to the beach, air conditioning, heating and WI-FI.

Villa Le Sirene 1, being close to the center, is conveniently located near a large number of restaurants, shops and cafes. The SITA bus stop is also within walking distance.

It is not necessary to have a car to stay at Villa Le Sirene 1. If you come by car, it is possible to park on the public road depending on availability, or in a public car park in the town center.

Villa Le Sirene 1 is accessed from the main road by descending a flight of some 36 steps.


DIRECT ACCESS TO THE SEA

From Villa Le Sirene 1 there is direct access to the sea and a public beach. To reach the seaside, one must go down a public footpath that is carved out the rocky mountainside which is about 260 stairs long.

THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL is 2.7 meters wide, 7 meters long, and has a depth ranging from 1 meter to 1.8 meters. Near the pool, there is a Jacuzzi tub with hydro massage, measuring 1.8 by 3 meters. The pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and outdoor shower. The area offers a magnificent sea view. The pool is open from the beginning of April to the end of October.


UPPER FLOOR


THE FIRST TERRACE is 25 meters squared and is partially shaded by a pergola of wisteria. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, deckchairs and sun loungers. From the terrace, you may enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. Access to the terrace is through the living room.

THE GARDEN is 300 meters squared, and it is partially shaded by trees and a pergola. Offering a lovely sea view, it is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and outdoor shower.

THE LIVING ROOM has two sofas, two armchairs, a large flat screen TV with satellite system and a DVD player. The dining table is for ten people. It is equipped with air conditioning / heating, WI-FI and an iPod.

THE PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN features a six gas burner stovetop, an electric oven, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a moka, an American coffee machine, a toaster and other small kitchen appliances. Access to the kitchen is from the living room.

FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM has a double bed, which can be divided into two single beds (upon request), a safe, air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, there is access to a small balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom is equipped with washbasin, toilet, a large shower box and hairdryer. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.

THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM has a double bed, which can be divided into two single beds (upon request), a safe, air conditioning, and heating. From the bedroom, there is access to a small balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom is equipped with washbasin, toilet, a large shower box and hairdryer. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.


GROUND FLOOR


THE SECOND TERRACE is 25 meters squared, with partial shading and offers a sweeping sea view. It is furnished with tables, chairs and deckchairs. It is possible to reach the terrace from the garden.

From the bedroom, there is access to a small balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom is equipped with washbasin, toilet, a large shower box and hairdryer. From the bedroom, there is access to the second terrace. The bathroom is equipped with washbasin, toilet, large shower box and hairdryer. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.

THE FIFTH BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM has a double bed, which can be divided into two single beds (upon request), a safe, air conditioning, and heating. From the bedroom, there is access to the second terrace. The bathroom is equipped with washbasin, toilet, Jacuzzi bathtub and hairdryer. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.

In the laundry room, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.


Important things to know

- Tourist Tax: 1,50 Euros per person per day, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 10 are exempt from this tax.
- Damage deposit: 1.000,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
