With immediate access to bus, trains, taxis and the port, the apartment is conveniently located for anyone who prefers to use public transport to get around. However, a public car park (fee payable) is available if you arrive by car. The 100-m² apartment is set on the second floor of a building with a lift. The décor throughout Sara Home is simple but elegant, with white-washed walls, pale wooden floors and contemporary furnishings in bold colours. The accommodation comprises two open-plan lounges, each with a sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen, a dining table for four and a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There’s more space to relax on two furnished terraces, one accessed from the first lounge, the second accessed from the second bedroom. With a total of 100 m2, it can accommodate up to 8 people. The apartment is very close to the famous Piazza Tasso, making it easy to enjoy the local night life in the many busy bars, restaurants and venues brimming with tourists and locals alike. Appartamento Erica has a 5-m2 terrace with a table and two chairs, so you can enjoy a partial view of the town and sea. The large living room is elegant and simple, with a king-size sofa-bed, TV, dining table for six, air conditioning, heating and access to the terrace. A corridor links all the rooms, including the kitchen, which is equipped with a four-burner hob, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster.
