The home is spread across two levels: a spacious living area on the ground floor and three tranquil bedrooms on the upper floor, providing privacy and comfort for larger groups.

As part of a historic building composed of several holiday apartments, this home is an excellent choice for extended families or larger groups travelling together. Additional apartments—located within the same building and even on the same floor—can be booked together, offering the convenience of shared proximity while maintaining private, independent spaces.

Upon entering the apartment—accessible via 33 steps—you are welcomed into a comfortable living room, featuring a double sofa bed, a large-screen television, and a warm, inviting ambience ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The living space leads to a well-equipped kitchen, complete with an induction cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and electric oven. A small private balcony offers an additional outdoor corner for morning coffee or evening unwinding.

A valuable highlight of this accommodation is the presence of a reception service available 8 hours a day, ensuring guests have dedicated assistance for recommendations, information, or any practical needs throughout their stay. Appartamento Erica is a bright apartment on the fourth floor with lift of an elegant building in a quiet residential area on Sorrento’s main street, Corso Italia. With a total of 100 m2, it can accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment is very close to the famous Piazza Tasso, making it easy to enjoy the local night life in the many busy bars, restaurants and venues brimming with tourists and locals alike.
Appartamento Erica has a 5-m2 terrace with a table and two chairs, so you can enjoy a partial view of the town and sea.

The large living room is elegant and simple, with a king-size sofa-bed, TV, dining table for six, air conditioning, heating and access to the terrace.

A corridor links all the rooms, including the kitchen, which is equipped with a four-burner hob, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker and toaster. From the kitchen, you have access to a small veranda/laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
