The highlight of Casa Giovanna A is its beautiful private terrace, fully equipped to enjoy every moment of the day. Here you will find a heated hot tub for 3 people (available from April 1st to October 31st), sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor dining area for 4 guests. The breathtaking sea view provides the perfect backdrop for unforgettable sunsets.

Guests also have access to a shared terrace with a large dining table and a pizza oven, available upon request with the villa’s pizzaiolo, for a truly authentic Italian experience.

The property is accessed from the main road by descending approximately 15 steps.

Direct access to the sea

From the property, you can reach Spiaggia dei Tedeschi via a scenic staircase of about 100 steps. Here you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, swim in crystal-clear waters and enjoy a charming seaside restaurant.
