CASA AUGUSTA A is a splendid house that covers the ground floor of a two-story building. It has a total area of 100 square meters and can accommodate up to 8 people. The house has three bathrooms, two bedrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, private parking, and a 60-square-metre terrace with a mini pool and views of the sea. There are large windows in every corner of the house so you can enjoy the splendid blue sea, the Gulf of Naples, the colours of Sorrento, and the wonderful Mount Vesuvius.
For larger groups travelling together, Casa Augusta A can be rented along with Casa Augusta B, which is found on the upper floor of the building; together they can accommodate up to 14 people. Each house has parking and a private entrance.
Casa Augusta A is located 4 km from Sorrento, towards Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, in a residential area comprised of 15 villas.
The house not only enjoys a charming location, but is also a 10-minute drive from the centre of Sorrento, where you can board a ferry to visit the islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida or take the Circumvesuviana train to admire the historical and cultural centre of Pompeii and the gorgeous Naples.
About 200 metres away from the house you’ll find excellent restaurants and a bar, and just 100 metres away is the SITA bus stop where you can take the bus to Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi.
The closest beach is in Sorrento, just 4 km away. Another wonderful beach is in Nerano, which is 7 km away; here you’ll enjoy a splendid panorama and be able to taste the best of the peninsula’s typical dishes at one of the many restaurants on the beach.
The nearest supermarket and various shops are located in Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, about 3 km away.
The house’s location is ideal for those who enjoy walking. You can walk along the paths leading to Sorrento or Punta Campanella, where you’ll feel the authentic atmosphere of the Sorrento Peninsula and have breathtaking views ahead.
The house is accessed from the main road through an automatic gate. A car is not required to stay at Casa Augusta A. However, if you have one, you can park in the private car park where you’ll have a reserved space.
It’s possible to access the house from the car park by climbing 15 steps.
THE FIRST TERRACE is furnished with a table, chairs, deck chairs, parasols, and a mini SWIMMING POOL. The view is breathtaking: look out over Sorrento, Vesuvius, Ischia, and Procida, which together form a splendid layout designed by nature. The mini pool is 2.40 metres by 2.40 metres and 1.10 metres deep. The mini pool is available from 15th April until the end of October.
THE SECOND TERRACE has a wide panoramic view. From here, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, Mount Vesuvius, and the Gulf of Naples. It’s furnished with a table and chairs and can be accessed from the first and second bedroom, or via the corridor.
GROUND FLOOR
THE LOUNGE is spacious and bright, and the large windows offer a splendid view of the sea, Mount Vesuvius, and Sorrento. It contains a double sofa bed, a TV, a fireplace, and a dining area with a table and eight chairs. It has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. The room can be accessed from the first terrace.
THE KITCHEN has a sea view and is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a four-hob stove, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a kettle. From here, you have access to the first terrace through the glass doors.
THE FIRST BATHROOM has a shower and a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink. There’s a window with a view over the first terrace. You can access the bathroom from the living room.
FIRST FLOOR
You reach the first floor from the ground floor by going up an internal staircase of ten steps.
THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed and has air conditioning/heating. From here you’ll enjoy a wonderful sea view. The room is accessed from the corridor.
The glass doors connect the room to the second terrace.
THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed and has air conditioning/heating. From here you’ll enjoy a wonderful sea view. The room is accessed from the corridor.

- Tourist tax 3,00 Euros per day per person for the first 7 nights from April to October 31. The children under 18 years do not pay.
- For arrivals after 8:00 PM will be applied an extra cost of 60,00 Euros to be paid at the arrival.
- Damage deposit: 200,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
- Heating not included. Will be charged 4,00 Euros per cubic meter of use to be paid on site.
- Final cleaning: 120,00 Euros.
