Is it possible to holiday on the Amalfi Coast without the crowds? The answer is a definite yes at Villa Terri, set on the road between Massa Lubrense and the beach at the pretty fishing village of Marina della Lobra. You’ll find bars and restaurants in both places, and only 5km separating the villa and Sorrento, but if you enjoy pocket-sized beaches and hilltop hamlets connected by ancient mule tracks, this is the place for you.

Access the villa (400m²), through an electric gate followed by a steeply descending 300m private lane. Spend your days lounging on sofas and sun beds around the pool (5.50 x 6.50 square meters and from 1.20 to 2.20 meters deep, open from April to the end of October), admiring the extraordinary views across the Gulf of Naples and Capri, or wander down to the beach along a private path (100 steps) and on to a waterfront footpath.

The ground floor features an expansive open-plan living space with huge panoramic windows overlooking the terrace. Furniture includes a sofa, single sofa bed and armchairs in the lounge area, and a dining table and chairs for 12. There’s ample space for everyone, including a well-equipped kitchen, and a separate laundry room and guest bathroom (bathroom 1) with sink, toilet and bidet.

• THE BEACH at Marina della Lobra is about 300 metres away, and you get to it from the villa down a private path of around 100 steps and then following a footpath along the waterfront. It’s perfect for walks out in the moonlight. You’ll find seaside restaurants, the small, picturesque port and various tourist activities all close to the beach.
• Access to Villa Terri from the main street is through an electric gate and down a private lane of around 300 metres. Please bear in mind that this is a steep descent. A porter service can be arranged for your luggage upon arrival and departure, for a fee. The villa has the parking space assigned along on the main street, near the electric gate. Once parked the car, you have to walk to the villa the 300 meters.

Villa Caruso: Private Pool and Authentic Hospitality in the Heart of Sant’Agata

Imagine starting your day with breakfast outdoors, spending the afternoon beside the pool and gathering together in the evening around a large dining table while authentic Neapolitan pizza is prepared in the wood-fired oven.

Villa Caruso is a welcoming home designed for sharing special moments with family and friends. It is located in the heart of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, a charming village on the Sorrento Peninsula where you can experience the authentic atmosphere of the area and easily walk to cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlours, supermarkets and the bus stop for Sorrento and Positano.

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests and provides plenty of space to spend time together without sacrificing privacy. Its 250 m² of interior space is divided into two independent apartments, offering a total of six double bedrooms and four bathrooms. The 800 m² of outdoor space includes a private swimming pool, gardens, terraces and a spacious outdoor dining area.

Thanks to its central location, a car is not necessary. Guests arriving by car can use a complimentary reserved parking space located approximately 400 metres from the property. Advance notice is required so that the owner can reserve the space before arrival.

Outdoor Areas: Swimming Pool, Garden and Outdoor Kitchen

The garden is the heart of Villa Caruso, a space to enjoy throughout the day, from leisurely breakfasts in the morning to dinners beneath the stars.

Here you will find a large dining table for 12 guests, a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a sink and a 4-burner gas hob. This area also features a sofa, a small table and a traditional wood-fired pizza oven.

The pizza oven may only be used in the presence of the villa’s pizzaiolo and must be requested in advance. Private dinners and cooking classes can also be arranged directly at the villa. External chefs and catering services are not permitted.

The owner also runs a restaurant and pizzeria located a short distance from the villa. Guests can dine at the restaurant or, with advance notice, request food delivery directly to the property.

Approximately 10 steps lead from the garden to the private swimming pool, which is surrounded by a terrace and an additional garden area.
The pool measures 7 × 5 metres, is 1.50 metres deep and is open from 1 April to 31 October. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers and a parasol and also features an outdoor shower. Pool towels are provided.

Villa Layout: Two Independent Apartments

Villa Caruso comprises two independent apartments, making it particularly suitable for several families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy their holiday together while retaining a greater degree of privacy and independence.

The apartments are arranged over two levels and are connected externally by a private pathway and approximately 10 steps.

FIRST APARTMENT – UPPER FLOOR

The upper-floor apartment is accessed from the road by climbing 6 small steps.

This level also features a sun terrace, a peaceful corner where guests can sunbathe, read a book or simply relax.

Continuing along the pathway and descending approximately 10 steps, guests reach the swimming pool, terrace and garden overlooked by the second apartment.

The second apartment features large glass doors overlooking the garden, creating a pleasant connection between the indoor rooms and the outdoor spaces.
