Highlights include the ample terraces and outdoor space. A flight of stairs from the main terrace leads to the magnificent pool area with sun beds, a table, chairs and outdoor shower, and views across the sea to the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida.
The vast panoramic main terrace, accessed via the dining room and kitchen, is perfectly designed for large groups, with further mesmerising sea views and several seating and dining areas. In addition to lounge and dining seating under a central draped wooden pergola, an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and built-in barbecue provides an alternative dining area, with white wrought-iron furniture. A second furnished terrace is accessible from bedrooms 5 and 6.
The ground-floor communal indoor areas include a dining room that seats 20, a large kitchen and a rustic antique-filled living room, all with access to the terrace.

Is it possible to holiday on the Amalfi Coast without the crowds? The answer is a definite yes at Villa Terri, set on the road between Massa Lubrense and the beach at the pretty fishing village of Marina della Lobra. You’ll find bars and restaurants in both places, and only 5km separating the villa and Sorrento, but if you enjoy pocket-sized beaches and hilltop hamlets connected by ancient mule tracks, this is the place for you.
Access the villa (400m²), through an electric gate followed by a steeply descending 300m private lane. Spend your days lounging on sofas and sun beds around the pool (5.50 x 6.50 square meters and from 1.20 to 2.20 meters deep, open from April to the end of October), admiring the extraordinary views across the Gulf of Naples and Capri, or wander down to the beach along a private path (100 steps) and on to a waterfront footpath.
The ground floor features an expansive open-plan living space with huge panoramic windows overlooking the terrace. Furniture includes a sofa, single sofa bed and armchairs in the lounge area, and a dining table and chairs for 12. There’s ample space for everyone, including a well-equipped kitchen, and a separate laundry room and guest bathroom (bathroom 1) with sink, toilet and bidet.

• Access to Villa Terri from the main street is through an electric gate and down a private lane of around 300 metres. Please bear in mind that this is a steep descent. A porter service can be arranged for your luggage upon arrival and departure, for a fee. The villa has the parking space assigned along on the main street, near the electric gate. Once parked the car, you have to walk to the villa the 300 meters.

Its bright and spacious air conditioned rooms are decorated in traditional style with warm colours and feature hand-painted Vietrese ceramic floor tiles, whilst the large furnished terraces offer an enchanting view of the sea.
We recommend that you have a car available to make your stay more comfortable at Villa dei Sogni, which you’ll be able to park on-site for free. The parking area is large enough for a car but unfortunately not a larger vehicle like a people carrier.
There are no steps between the parking area and the villa entrance.
THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL measures 6 m x 4 m and is 1.20 m deep. The pool also features a hydromassage corner and a cascade shower, perfect for a neck massage. The pool area is furnished with sunbeds and has an outdoor shower. From the pool, you’ll be able to admire an amazing view of the sea and the Gulf of Naples. The pool can be heated on request (up to 28°C) and is available all year around.
THE PRIVATE TERRACE is furnished with a gorgeous dining table, chairs and sofas. Here, you’ll also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. There is also the possibility of booking a pizza chef. From the terrace, you will be able to admire a gorgeous sea view. Access to the terrace is via the second lounge.
The villa consists of three floors leading down towards the sea, connected by an internal staircase and a lift. It also features a TV with satellite channels, a stereo system, a telephone and Wi-Fi connection.
FIRST FLOOR (street level)
THE FIRST LOUNGE is bright and tastefully decorated, and contains two sofas and a fireplace. From the lounge, you will have access to a terrace with a gorgeous view of the sea.
THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed, a TV and a safe. A single bed can be added on request. From the bedroom, you will have access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The bedroom is fitted with air conditioning and heating. THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed (this can become two single beds on request), a TV and a safe. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you’ll have access to a terrace with a sea view. Access to the bedroom is via the corridor.
THE SECOND BATHROOM (adjacent to the second bedroom) contains a sink, toilet, bath with shower and hairdryer. Access to the bathroom is via the corridor.
THE THIRD BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed (this can become two single beds on request), a TV and a safe. An extra single bed can be added on request. The bathroom contains a sink, toilet, shower cubicle, hydromassage bath and hairdryer. You’ll have access to a terrace with a sea view from the bedroom. Access to the bedroom is via the corridor.
THIRD FLOOR
THE SECOND LOUNGE is large and bright, and contains sofas, armchairs, a TV with satellite channel, a fireplace and a dining area. The dining area contains a dining table for 12 people. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You’ll have access to a large terrace with a sea view from the lounge.
THE KITCHEN contains a six-hob gas stove, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a dining table, a coffee machine and other small appliances. Access to the kitchen is via the second lounge. From the kitchen, you’ll have access to a large terrace with a barbecue and a pizza oven.
THE FIFTH BATHROOM contains a sink and a toilet. Access to the bathroom is via the second lounge.
Important things to know:
- Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 5 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.
- Damage deposit: 2.000,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
- Swimming pool heated (max 28°). If requested will be charged 700,00 Euros per week to be paid on site.
- Final cleaning: 400,00 Euros.
- Baby cot on request: 10,00 Euros per day.
