From here, the view opens onto an extraordinary panorama stretching across the deep blue Mediterranean and, on the horizon, the islands of Capri and Ischia.

The location is both strategic and peaceful, ideal for those who wish to experience the sea and nature without giving up the convenience of nearby services. A scenic coastal path of approximately 1 km leads to the charming fishing village of Marina della Lobra, where you will find seaside restaurants, cafés and a small grocery shop, perfect for a sunset stroll or a dinner overlooking the water. Just 800 metres away is the main square of Massa Lubrense, the heart of the town, offering shops, bars, restaurants and essential services.
Distances to the main attractions in the area are short and convenient. Sorrento is only 4 km away, reachable in about 10 minutes by car or bus. Positano, located 20 km away, is ideal for a day trip along the Amalfi Coast, while Naples, with its UNESCO listed historic centre, is approximately 60 km from the property. A bus stop on the main road provides quick and easy connections throughout the peninsula, making it possible to explore the area even without a car.

The property is located within a residential complex but features an independent entrance, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay. An elevator in the common area will take you two floors down towards the sea, directly to the property’s entrance. The villa boasts direct and private access to the coast: a short flight of just ten steps connects the villa to the beach below.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the ideal solution for families or small groups of friends seeking an exclusive stay in an iconic setting. The interiors are spacious and comfortable, with independent air conditioning and heating in all rooms, as well as free Wi Fi throughout the property.

The sleeping area features two double bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom: double size bed, smart TV, air conditioning, heating.
Bathroom 1: sink, bidet, shower, WC, hairdryer.

• Bedroom 2 with ensuite bathroom: double size bed, smart TV, air conditioning, heating. Bathroom 2: sink, bidet, bathtub, WC, hairdryer.

The living area consists of two large and bright lounges, tastefully furnished and designed to provide welcoming and functional spaces. One of the lounges includes a comfortable sofa bed. These spaces are ideal for relaxing moments as well as for sharing dinners and evenings together.

The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and espresso coffee machine. It is a practical and well organised space where you can easily prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners to enjoy indoors or al fresco.

The true highlight of the property is the stunning circular panoramic terrace, an architectural feature that reflects the very essence of the tower. Here you will find a dining table with chairs and sun loungers, perfect for spending long days outdoors. The view is simply breathtaking: the Scoglio del Vervece feels almost within reach, while the elegant silhouettes of Capri and Ischia rise in the distance, creating unforgettable sunsets and an atmosphere filled with charm.
