Villa Stone on the Sea has a hilltop location in Massa Lubrense on the Sorrento peninsula.
The 135m² villa is spread over two floors, the villa has a large sea-facing terrace. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for 8 people.
Outside, plants and flowers fill the splendid garden which has a sea-view pool, surrounded by sun beds and deckchairs, a patio with tables and chairs, bench seating, outdoor furniture and parasols. On the first floor, the sea view terrace has wicker armchairs, a table, chairs and parasols, offering guests the opportunity to relax and absorb the magnificent views.
For your added convenience, there’s space for two parked cars outside. The main entrance from the garden is shared with the residents next door. The terrace and the swimming pool area are private, not shared with anyone.
The villa interiors are airy and bright. Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by a large open plan living space with a wooden table and wicker chairs, armchairs and 3 sofas. This leads into the kitchen area which includes a 4-burner hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, dresser and a table for 4. In short, everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Durch die hohe Lage ist die Aussicht einfach traumhaft, man sieht Neapel, Ischia und Capri bei klaren Tagen. Der private Pool ist ein besonderer Bonus, leider war er bei unserem Aufenthalt schon sehr kalt, wo der Vermieter aber natürlich nichts dafür kann(Mitte Oktober). Die Villa mit ihren Terassen und auch der Innenausstattung ist einfach ein Traum! Einzig die Endreinigung von 250,-€ finde ich zu teuer, aber wer weiß wie manche Gäste das Anwesen verlassen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, ich kann diese Unterkunft nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen, wir würden wiederkommen. Wer einfach entspannen will hat auch hierfür ein Zuhause wo man es bei schönem Wetter problemlos 2 Wochen aushalten kann ohne es zu verlassen.

Well appointed kitchen, although a little smaller than expected. Much appreciated parking for vehicles. The house manager, Giuseppe, was incredibly helpful and friendly with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and other places to go. Our group of 7 was very happy with our stay! Only drawback: There are limited restaurants within close walking distance, although there are some restaurants that offer free transportation to/from the home.

The house was beautifully positioned overlooking the Bay of Naples, Mt. Vesuvius, Ischia, and the tip of Capri. The house was beautifully decorated with terraces to escape to. The kitchen had all essentials however, a few more bowls in different sizes would have helped. (There were no closed containers to store left overs.) Our property manager, Giuseppe, was fantastic and he took the time to explain various aspects of the property, local history, and make recommendations for visiting the area all of which were worthwhile. Finding the place was a little challenging because GPS/Waze/Google Maps took us to a different location. Without contacting Giuseppe we would have been searching much longer. There's a little road off from the bus stop and Terrace CapriBreze Food & Drink that will take you up to the villa's gate. Whatever form of transportation you're taking, it will take you three times longer than you anticipate. Slowing down was very much a part of our experience and the windy roads and cars forced us to take the time to look beyond the next destination. Buon Viaggio!

A superb villa for 8 people in a leafy hillside residence
Villa Dama is located in the Resort Ravenna, in the tranquil natural setting of Massa Lubrense. The recently built family-friendly property extends over 100m² and is the ideal choice for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy a luxury holiday in an elegant location, or for small events.
The property has been designed with an excellent attention to detail, visible in every aspect of the villa and the lush plant filled exterior space. Outside, there’s a shared pool area with sun beds, rainfall showers and a hot tub. The barbecue and dining area, and gazebo with bar, allows guests to enjoy the large garden to the maximum. Naturally, the space also allows for on-site parking.
The villa entrance leads into a living room with two sofa beds, a fireplace, television, and a dining table with chairs. Another door leads into the kitchen which has a fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave and other small appliances, in addition to double doors out to the garden.
