Comfortable villa for large groups, with private pool, hot tub, terraces galore and its own Saracen tower in Massa Lubrense on the Amalfi Coast If you’re looking for space and relaxation on the Amalfi Coast, look no further than Villa Stella, a 340-m² property for 12, set in a rural idyll close to Massa Lubrense. It is just a short walk to the centre of town (500 m) while the faster-paced town of Sorrento is around 4 km away. The views from the villa are truly spectacular, sweeping across a characteristic landscape of terraced hillsides carpeted with olive and lemon groves, and beyond Massa Lubrense towards the Bay of Naples. The villa comprises two sections: the main house and a 17th-century Saracen tower. Both sit in attractive gardens with a small above-ground plunge pool (3 x 5 m) with sea views. The first terrace (terrace 1), accessed from the ground floor living room, has tables and chairs, a pizza oven and barbecue. The living room leads into the laundry area. On the first floor, the second living room has a dining table for 12 and is situated next to the kitchen. Two first-floor terraces provide more outdoor space. The first (terrace 2) is accessed from the second living room and has a table and sofas. The other (terrace 3) is accessed via a flight of 18 stairs from terrace 2 and has a gym area, a hot tub for four and sun loungers. VILLA DEI SOGNI is a stylish three-storey villa for 11 people, situated in a peaceful area just 400 metres from the sea. From Villa dei Sogni, you’ll be able to admire an enchanting view of the sea and the Gulf of Naples. Villa dei Sogni has a total living space of around 330 square meters and features a private swimming pool, private panoramic terraces with sea views, air conditioning, parking and Wi-Fi. Villa dei Sogni is a wonderful villa with panoramic views on the Sorrento peninsula, located on the Spiaggia di San Montano beach (Massa Lubrense), a short distance from Sorrento and the famous Amalfi coast. Surrounded by lush vegetation and looking out over the splendid Gulf of Naples, Villa dei Sogni provides a perfect, private, peaceful environment for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday by the sea. The villa is around 1 km from the centre of Massa Lubrense, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, the supermarket, cars and the SITA bus stop. Marina della Lobra, a small, picturesque fishing village is very close by. Here, you’ll find the beach, a small port, shops, bars and brilliant restaurants. Sorrento is about 5 km away, and THE BEACH of Marina della Lobra is about 400 metres away. Its bright and spacious air conditioned rooms are decorated in traditional style with warm colours and feature hand-painted Vietrese ceramic floor tiles, whilst the large furnished terraces offer an enchanting view of the sea. We recommend that you have a car available to make your stay more comfortable at Villa dei Sogni, which you’ll be able to park on-site for free. The parking area is large enough for a car but unfortunately not a larger vehicle like a people carrier. There are no steps between the parking area and the villa entrance. THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL measures 6 m x 4 m and is 1.20 m deep. The pool also features a hydromassage corner and a cascade shower, perfect for a neck massage. The pool area is furnished with sunbeds and has an outdoor shower. From the pool, you’ll be able to admire an amazing view of the sea and the Gulf of Naples. The pool can be heated on request (up to 28°C) and is available all year around. THE PRIVATE TERRACE is furnished with a gorgeous dining table, chairs and sofas. Here, you’ll also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. There is also the possibility of booking a pizza chef. From the terrace, you will be able to admire a gorgeous sea view. Access to the terrace is via the second lounge. The villa consists of three floors leading down towards the sea, connected by an internal staircase and a lift. It also features a TV with satellite channels, a stereo system, a telephone and Wi-Fi connection. FIRST FLOOR (street level) THE FIRST LOUNGE is bright and tastefully decorated, and contains two sofas and a fireplace. From the lounge, you will have access to a terrace with a gorgeous view of the sea. THE FIRST BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed, a TV and a safe. A single bed can be added on request. From the bedroom, you will have access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The bedroom is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom contains a sink, toilet, shower cubicle and hairdryer. SECOND FLOOR THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a double bed (this can become two single beds on request), a TV and a safe. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You’ll have access to a large terrace with a sea view from the lounge. THE KITCHEN contains a six-hob gas stove, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a dining table, a coffee machine and other small appliances. Access to the kitchen is via the second lounge. From the kitchen, you’ll have access to a large terrace with a barbecue and a pizza oven. THE FIFTH BATHROOM contains a sink and a toilet. Access to the bathroom is via the second lounge. Important things to know: - Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 5 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax. - For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied. - Damage deposit: 2.000,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property. - Swimming pool heated (max 28°).
