One of the most remarkable features of Villa Ibiscus is its stunning infinity swimming pool, perfectly positioned overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Measuring 9 meters in length and 3.9 meters in width, with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.7 meters, the pool features integrated hydromassage seating, allowing guests to relax while admiring the extraordinary coastal scenery.

The swimming pool is open throughout the year, and heating can be arranged upon advance request for an additional fee.

Comfortable sun loungers surround the pool, creating the perfect setting for sunbathing, reading or simply enjoying the spectacular views. A hot outdoor shower is also available.

Important Information

To ensure the highest standards of quality, service and safety, external catering companies, private chefs and pizza chefs are not permitted at Villa Ibiscus.

Guests wishing to arrange a private dining experience, chef service or pizza evening are welcome to book these services directly through Villa Ibiscus, using the villa's trusted chefs and approved service providers.

Advance reservations are highly recommended, particularly for pizza chef experiences, to ensure availability during the desired dates.
These experiences are available upon request and are not included in the standard rental price.

ADDITIONAL COSTS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The following charges are not included in the rental price and must be paid on site:

Tourist Tax

€3.00 per person, per day, from April 1st to October 31st, applicable to the first seven nights only.
Guests under 18 years of age are exempt.
Late Arrival Fees
• Arrivals after 8:00 PM: €60.00
• Arrivals after midnight: €80.00
Late arrival fees are payable upon arrival.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €2,000.00 is required upon arrival, payable in cash or by credit card.
The deposit will be returned before departure, provided no damage has occurred to the property.
Optional Swimming Pool Heating
The infinity swimming pool is open all year round.
Pool heating is available upon advance request for an additional fee.

A unique and beautifully designed villa, ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea

Villa Iside is a brand new 300m² villa for 12, located in Nerano, with spectacular sea views. The layout of the villa is as follows.

Enter the villa via steps from the street level and over a suspended glass-sided walkway. This leads into the first floor of the villa or the lower level of the outside space. The stairs are in original mass stone, while the entrance and outdoor spaces are in resin.

The enclosed outdoor space extends over two levels. Plants are scattered round the sunny space which houses an elegant pool, sun beds and a built-in woodburning pizza oven and grill. There are also two Vietri tables each of 1.80x1.80mt.

The first floor entrance leads to the main open plan living space where there is a large contemporary kitchen with windows and a 4-burner hob, double sink, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee machines. The dining table seats 12. An external balcony is furnished with a small table, chairs and a sofa. A door leads directly to the steps outside.

An internal marble staircase leads to the lower floor which can also be accessed from outside. Here there is a sitting room with corner sofa, cabinet with TV and a second kitchen equipped with a 4-burner hob, sink, oven and fridge freezer. French windows lead out to a furnished balcony with sea views which has access down to the main outdoor area.

In common with all the balconies, the large roof terrace (170m²) is equipped with glass barriers to make the most of the wonderful sea views. The roof terrace is furnished with a small table, sofa, hot tub, sun beds and a large, covered fitness area with a treadmill, exercise bike and a gym bench.

All the rooms can also be reached via an external staircase.

There are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom on the top floor and 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom on the lower floor.
