Access to the property
Like many prestigious villas in Positano, Villa Anna is located in a pedestrian area on the hillside and is reached via the characteristic pathways and stairways that make the town so unique.
From the main road, guests can conveniently access the property using a public municipal elevator operating daily from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM. The elevator stops close to the villa, followed by approximately 30 steps to reach the entrance.
Please note:
• The public elevator has an extra cost of €1.00 per person per ride
• Luggage transport in the elevator costs €2.00 per suitcase
• As this is a public municipal service, its operation and schedule do not depend on the property management
Alternatively, guests may reach the villa via approximately 250 traditional Positano steps, offering a more scenic and authentic local experience.
The center of Positano and Spiaggia Grande beach are approximately 2 km away, including the typical pedestrian pathways and stairs connecting the upper and lower parts of town. Guests can easily reach the center using the local bus from the stop located at the base of the main road or by taxi.

Although I knew about the stairs, this spot REALLY had lots of stairs to climb to get there. The stairs really made up for the gym classes I was missing out on at home A plus is that there is a lift located 4 minutes (walk) from the unit, that mind see more

The stairs really made up for the gym classes I was missing out on at home A plus is that there is a lift located 4 minutes (walk) from the unit, that mind you charges 2€/person, and it takes you down to a main street called G.Marconi however it still takes 20 minutes (downhill) to get to main centre. The lift was a godsend every time I went uphill as that walk uphill from the centre to the lift was quite challenging - I would consider my fitness level around average
Our transfer did drop us off pretty much at the lift entrance which meant that it it was only the 4 minute walk and around 15 steps where we had to carry out suitcases up. |

The Host Anna, was accommodating and always contacted us if we had any questionsconcerns. She arranged to store our luggage as we arrived a few hours early. That allowed us to tour and make use of our time rather than having to guardcarry our luggagesee more

The power also went out and for about 2 hours we had to figure out how to fix it , however someone from the rental company picked up and was able to help us. Other than that, this place overall is worth it and you should definitely book. Just expect to have cash to just enter your Airbnb

Amazing place. High up with fantastic views but not suitable for the elderlyinfirm, otherwise would highly recommend to anyone who likes peace, quiet and beautiful scenery. The Beech is a steep walk down to but enjoyable for all ages with plenty of restaurants and shops. My family ranged from age late fifties to middle twenties and we all had a wonderful holiday.

Enjoy timeless sea views over Positano and the Amalfi Coast from Villa Le Sirene, an extraordinary villa for 10 (500 m²) perched on the edge of the hillside that tumbles down to Positano. Situated less than 1 km from Positano centre, the villa is conveniently located for the shops, bars and restaurants in town.
From Villa Le Sirene, you will have direct access to the sea and to a public beach, partly gravel and partly rocky—ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a more authentic coastal experience. The beach is reached via a public walkway carved into the rocky cliffside, featuring approximately 260 steps and offering breathtaking views along the way.
To reach the villa itself from street level, you’ll go down a stairway consisting of about 36 steps.
Soak up the view from the villa’s garden (300 m²) and on its furnished terraces, adorned with flourishing plants and flowers and featuring a wisteria-clad pergola.
Villa Le Sirene features an inviting outdoor tub measuring 1.70 x 2.50 meters, perfect for a refreshing dip. Please note that the tub is not heated and is available for use from April 1st to October 31st. Adjacent to the tub, you’ll find an outdoor shower with hot water for added convenience.
The villa also offers a gas barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals with family and friends.
There are two 25-m² terraces, the first accessed from the first-floor lounge, the second from the garden. Both terraces are partially shaded and furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers.
The villa blends modern comfort with classic Amalfi Coast charm, featuring shiny, brightly coloured ceramic flooring and antique furnishings. The living space is on the first floor, including a lounge with two sofas and armchairs and a dining table for ten, and a gleaming modern kitchen accessed directly from the lounge.
