Villa Amiela is normally rented for a maximum of 12 guests, accommodated in 6 bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom.
Upon advance request, it is possible to accommodate up to 2 additional guests in a seventh bedroom, which is not included in the standard rental configuration.
An additional charge of €150 per person per night applies.
The seventh bedroom is available exclusively upon prior arrangement and confirmation from the property.
Professional kitchen and pizza oven regulations
The professional kitchen is available for guests staying at the villa.
External chefs, private cooks and catering professionals are not permitted to operate at the property.
Any professionally hosted cooking classes or culinary experiences must be arranged through the villa’s authorised team.
The outdoor pizza oven cannot be used independently by guests. It may only be operated in the presence of the villa’s designated pizzaiolo.
Guests wishing to organise a pizza evening should make arrangements at least several days in advance, preferably before arrival.
Private activities and retreats
Cooking classes, yoga sessions and wellness activities are permitted exclusively for registered guests staying at Villa Amiela.
External participants, public events and gatherings involving people who are not staying at the property are not permitted.
All organised activities are subject to prior approval.
Please note that the villa is arranged over three floors, with access to the upper floors by stairs.

Location wise it’s up in the mountains so having a car is recommended. We rented one car and had to get a taxi for our party which was pretty pricey. Other than that everything was perfect. |

Spacious villa with private pool, sea views and flexible living space for 12 people set in the hills close to Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi
If you’re tempted by a holiday on the Sorrento peninsula but prefer to avoid the busier hotspots of Sorrento and Positano, Villa Lions Rose is an excellent option. Set close to the charming town of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, the villa is just a short drive from many of the region’s most popular attractions and just 2km from the shops and superb restaurants which have earned Sant’Agata its foodie reputation.
Extending over a 1,000m² plot, the property enjoys sweeping views across the lush hillside towards the sea. Outside, the garden comprises a series of terraces intersected by staircases, with a gorgeous pool set in prime position, surrounded by a sun deck and with views to the sea. There’s also a large outdoor dining space with a table for 12 and a gas barbecue and, nearby, an enclosed outdoor kitchen with a woodburning oven, sink, fridge-freezer and hob where you can whip up a meal or a couple of pizzas.
The villa has been divided in two apartments, each one with it’s own private entrance from outside.
The two apartments are completely independent of one another, allowing two families or a group of friends maximum freedom and independence. Each apartment is simply but comfortably furnished, with a living/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In both apartments, the bedroom containing the sofa bed can also be used as a lounge.
In the lower apartment, the attractive dining room has a dining table for 8, a breakfast bar and double shuttered doors out to the main dining terrace. An archway leads through to an extremely well-equipped kitchen, and a separate utility room houses the washing machine. The upper apartment has its own private access. Again, there’s a separate fully equipped kitchen, accessed from the living/dining room which has a fireplace and double doors to a small terrace.
Unlike many properties in the area, there’s ample space for parking. Entrance to the property is down a tarmacked drive which leads to a parking area with space for several cars.
