VILLA ULISSE is a marvellous three-story villa with a total living space of 310 square meters which can accommodate up to 12 people. The villa has a private swimming pool overlooking the sea and is fitted with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi. It has a gorgeous garden full of ornamental plants and numerous terraces, a furnished sun deck, and a view of the Gulf of Salerno with the Amalfi Coast, the Gallos and the island of Vetara. There are olive and lemon trees everywhere. There is also private parking for 3 vehicles.
Do you love wide open spaces where your eyes can get lost between the sea and sky? This, then, is the perfect place to spend your holiday. This villa is located in a peaceful area, just 2 km from the town of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi heading towards Nerano. Villa Ulisse’s delightful position is along a little dirt track of around 900 m and the spaces that open up in front are one of the property's key assets.
Just 5 km away are Nerano, with its beaches and its renowned restaurants, and Massa Lubrense, with its small, characteristic old fishing port. Sorrento is just over 9 km away.
The closest village, Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, is 2 km away. Here you will find restaurants and various shops. The supermarket is around 1.5 km away and the bus stop, with services running between Sant’Agata, Massa Lubrense, and Sorrento, is less than 800 m away.
Once parked in the private parking area (for up to 3 vehicles) you will descend 7 steps to reach the villa.
For a perfect stay, we recommend that you have a small vehicle available (e.g. Fiat Punto). Please bear in mind that access to the villa is along a small dirt track which is not suitable for 4x4s or campervans.
THE SWIMMING POOL overlooks the sea and is definitely one of the villa’s key features. The pool is between 3 to 5 m wide, 13 metres long, and varies in depth from 1.1 to 1.6 m. The pool area is furnished with a table, chairs, sun-loungers, a sofa and two armchairs. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is fitted with a sink, WC, and shower, and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. From the pool you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, Praiano and the Gallos. The pool is available all year round. Access to the swimming pool is down 37 steps from the first terrace.
THE GARDEN is around 70 m2 in size and is reached from the first terrace down 16 steps. From the garden you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the sea, Praiano and the Gallos.
DOWNSTAIRS
THE FIRST TERRACE is 60 m2 in size. It is furnished with a sofa, armchair, and table and chairs, and shaded by a typical vine-covered pergola. From the terrace you’ll enjoy a view of the sea, Praiano and the Gallos. Access is from the dining room or the kitchen.
THE SECOND TERRACE is 65 m2 in size. It is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a table, chairs, and two sun loungers, and is partly shaded by a porch and a pergola with a typical bamboo canopy. From the terrace you’ll enjoy a view of the sea, Praiano, the Gallos, the bay of Nerano and Monte San Costanzo. Access is through a French window from the lounge or the dining room.
THE LOUNGE contains classic and comfortable furnishings. Here you’ll find two sofas, a desk, a television with satellite channels, a CD player and a computer. From the lounge you have access through a double-glazed French window onto the second terrace which has a view of the sea and the coast. You get to the lounge down 14 steps from the main entrance.
THE DINING ROOM contains a dining table for ten people, a sofa, an elegant stone fireplace, and a large arched double-glazed panoramic window with a view of the sea and the Gallos. From the dining area, you have access through two double-glazed French windows onto the first and second terraces which each have a view of the sea and the coast. You get to the dining room from the lounge.
THE KITCHEN is fitted with an eight-hob gas stove, an electric oven, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, moka pot, toaster and a kettle. There is also a dining table for two people. From the kitchen you have access through a double-glazed French window onto the first terrace which has a sea view. You get to the kitchen from the dining room.
THE DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM is fitted with a sink and WC. There is access from the lounge or the dining room via a hallway.
UPPER FLOOR
THE THIRD TERRACE is 5m2 in size and is furnished with a table, chairs and a deckchair. From the terrace you’ll enjoy an amazing view of the sea, the beautiful bay of Nerano and Monte San Costanzo. Access is through a French window from the first bedroom.

THE FIFTH BEDROOM WITH EN SUITE BATHROOM contains a single bed and a television. The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the sea and the Gallos. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, WC and shower. Access to the fifth bedroom is through a door leading outside and up 16 steps from the first terrace.

Important things to know
- Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.
- Damage deposit: 1.000,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
