Piazza Tasso, the beating heart of the city, is less than a 5-minute walk away, which means everything from shops and restaurants to transport links is at your fingertips.

The spacious bathroom has a recessed marble bath with wall-fixed shower, bidet, toilet, armchair and double sink.

Second floor (17 stairs up from first floor)

• Bedroom 2, with en-suite bathroom, has a king size bed, lounge area with sofa, and windows overlooking the garden. The tiled en-suite bathroom has a shower cubicle, double sink, toilet and bidet.

Lower ground floor (18 stairs down from ground floor)

• Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom. With a king size bed, armchair and, tucked away in a corner of the room, a chaise longue to relax on, the bedroom provides ample living space. Adjoining the room, a spa room with stone-encased jacuzzi that reflects the room’s original stone wall. The en-suite bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and sink.
