Originally a 19th century farmhouse, the villa has undergone a meticulous five-year restoration designed to preserve its original soul.
Antique terracotta tiles from the 1800s and hand painted Neapolitan riggiola floors blend harmoniously with sophisticated furnishings, premium materials and modern technology. Every detail has been carefully curated to deliver a high-end hospitality experience where tradition and comfort coexist effortlessly.

Its elevated position offers breathtaking views over the Gulf of Naples, Mount Vesuvius and the Tyrrhenian islands. Mediterranean light floods the interiors throughout the day, transforming the panorama into a living element of the home.

Direct access from the main road ensures smooth arrivals and departures, while the spacious private parking area represents a rare and valuable feature in this prestigious location. A frequent direct bus line conveniently connects the villa to the center of Sorrento, allowing guests to explore the area even without a car. There are also several restaurants at a few minutes’ walk from the villa.

The property is arranged over multiple levels and features an internal lift connecting all floors, ensuring maximum comfort and accessibility.

The outdoor areas are designed to embrace the Italian al fresco lifestyle. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen and traditional wood fired pizza oven create the perfect setting for unforgettable evenings under the stars, savoring the authentic flavors of Campania accompanied by the gentle sea breeze.

To guarantee the highest service standards and preserve the exclusive atmosphere of the property, external catering services or private chefs are not permitted. Guests wishing to arrange private lunches, dinners or special events are required to rely exclusively on the villa’s in-house chef and dedicated team, ensuring a culinary experience fully aligned with the luxury level of the estate.
