VILLA OFELIA is a charming two-storey villa located in Massa Lubrense with a swimming pool and a direct access down to the sea, for 8 people. The villa is 350 square meters in size with four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is fitted with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. You’ll enjoy a breathtaking view from the villa of the sea, the island of Capri, and the Gulf of Naples.
Villa Ofelia is a remote villa by the sea surrounded by a beautiful private garden full of flowers and eucalyptus trees. It’s located along the road that runs from the centre of Massa Lubrense towards the sea and the beach at Marina della Lobra. It also has a number of terraces furnished with tables and chairs, from where you can just relax or enjoy some outdoor dining.
Villa Ofelia is 700 metres from the centre of Massa Lubrense where you’ll find shops, restaurants, the supermarket, bars and the SITA bus stop. Marina della Lobra is a small and picturesque fishing village where you’ll find the beach, a small port, shops, bars and fantastic restaurants. The villa is about 5 km from Sorrento.
THE BEACH at Marina della Lobra is about 300 metres away, and you get to it from the villa down a private path of around 100 steps and then following a footpath along the waterfront. It’s perfect for walks out in the moonlight. You’ll find seaside restaurants, the small picturesque port and various tourist activities all close to the beach.
We recommend that you have a vehicle to enjoy a comfortable stay at Villa Ofelia. You’ll be able to park in a reserved parking space for two vehicles.
Access to Villa Ofelia from the main street is through an electric gate and down a private lane of around 300 metres. Please bear in mind that this is a steep descent. Upon arrival, the owner will be at your disposal and will carry your luggage from the parking lot to the villa.
THE ABOVE-GROUND SWIMMING POOL is 3 x 6.5 m in size and available all year. It is furnished with deck chairs, sun umbrellas and an outdoor cold-water shower. The swimming pool can be heated on request for the period between November 1st to April 30, for a fee. You reach the pool from the villa by going down 60 steps.
THE FIRST TERRACE is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and a barbecue. From here you’ll admire a beautiful view of the sea, the island of Capri and Marina della Lobra.
THE SECOND TERRACE has wooden decking and is equipped with a table, chairs, and deck chairs. It is also surrounded by flowers, eucalyptus and olive trees, and a small vegetable garden. Here you’ll find an outdoor shower dug out of the rock. You reach this terrace from the first terrace by going down 15 steps.
GROUND FLOOR
THE LOUNGE is spacious and bright with a French window which provides access onto the first terrace and through which you can enjoy the fantastic panoramic view. In the lounge you’ll find a sofa, a coffee table, chairs, a satellite TV, the fireplace, telephone and a piano. The lounge is fitted with heating and Wi-Fi. Access is from the first terrace and there are no steps.
THE DINING AREA is furnished with a table and chairs for 8 people. There is a French window which provides access to the first terrace, and which is equipped with sun umbrellas and a table and chairs for 10 people. From here you’ll marvel at the gorgeous view. Access is from the lounge.
THE KITCHEN AREA is fitted with an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, six-hob stove, kettle and an Italian coffee machine. Access is from the dining area.
THE LAUNDRY ROOM is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Access is from the kitchen through a door at the rear of the villa.
THE FIRST BATHROOM is fitted with a sink, WC, shower and bidet. Access is from the dining area.

The villa's location (right on the sea!) offered beautiful vistas and there were so many sitting areas and levels to enjoy it. It was very spacious with a large kitchen/dining area with larger than expected fridge/freezer. The property maintenance see more
The villa's location (right on the sea!) offered beautiful vistas and there were so many sitting areas and levels to enjoy it. It was very spacious with a large kitchen/dining area with larger than expected fridge/freezer. The property maintenance man (Genaro) was very pleasant and was there almost every day to look after things, such as pool cleaning, etc. He brought us lemons from his own grove, pastries and wine the owner (Nello ... a very lovely man) dropped by a couple of times and brought us pastries, wine and groceries, and chatted with us for a bit. We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ofelia and would return "in a heart beat"!

Villa Stone on the Sea has a hilltop location in Massa Lubrense on the Sorrento peninsula.
The 135m² villa is spread over two floors, the villa has a large sea-facing terrace. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for 8 people.

The villa interiors are airy and bright. Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by a large open plan living space with a wooden table and wicker chairs, armchairs and 3 sofas. This leads into the kitchen area which includes a 4-burner hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, dresser and a table for 4. In short, everything you need for a perfect holiday.

A superb villa for 8 people in a leafy hillside residence
Villa Dama is located in the Resort Ravenna, in the tranquil natural setting of Massa Lubrense. The recently built family-friendly property extends over 100m² and is the ideal choice for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy a luxury holiday in an elegant location, or for small events.
The property has been designed with an excellent attention to detail, visible in every aspect of the villa and the lush plant filled exterior space. Outside, there’s a shared pool area with sun beds, rainfall showers and a hot tub. The barbecue and dining area, and gazebo with bar, allows guests to enjoy the large garden to the maximum. Naturally, the space also allows for on-site parking.
