The private swimming pool (4.5 x 9 m, 1.20 m deep), open from April 15th to October 31st, is surrounded by greenery and offers the perfect setting for relaxing during warm summer days. Whether enjoying a refreshing swim or simply unwinding under the sun, guests will find complete tranquility in this private oasis.

A convenient outdoor shower is located beside the pool.

Spacious furnished terraces surround the villa, providing multiple areas for relaxation, reading, or socializing. Directly accessible from the kitchen, a large panoramic terrace features an outdoor dining table for 12 guests, making it the ideal setting for leisurely breakfasts, long family lunches, and memorable dinners under the stars.

Guests also have access to a charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and entertaining family and friends.

The property offers two private parking spaces. The villa is accessed from the parking area via 9 steps.
